Woo just got one, seems it still works.Took a while... tried gmail account = X, tried college mail = X, tried hotmail =

So maybe certain addresses don't work? Not sure... just happy I got one

When you load up the .pdf file it asks if you want to display a multimedia file or something. I think the form itself is the multimedia file, it's animated and such.

Yep, still getting sent to the first e-mail. Maybe it's just Firefox being weird? I've got about 15 resent codes on my hotmail account now. -.-

True, but that is all the flash in adobe does.

After that you get a email that you need to confirm .. then just wait for the email with code... I got it after about 2 hours.
